Role: System Engineer (Japanese) Location: Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur Job Type: Permanent with Client Shift : Normal 8am-5pm MYT Work mode : Work from Home REQUIREMENT: Ability to speak and read Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2). Minimum five years of experience with Microsoft Servers. Applications must have strong knowledge of cloud services. Thorough understanding of virtualization technologies (VMWare). Proven ability to use command line interface, API\'s and scripting to manage environment. Existing experience with system and network administration, configuration, best security practices, and configuration standards as they apply to IT security. Solid understanding of enterprise authentication systems, in particular Microsoft Active Directory. Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Four-year degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred. Minimum three years of experience with Red Hat Linux 5/6/7 JOB DESCRIPTION MCTS/MCITP/MCSA in Windows Server preferred Understanding of load-balancing methodologies and/or experience with administration of load-balancing appliances, F5 Big IP-LTM, ASM and/or AMP is preferred. Solid understanding of multi-tier system architecture components Understanding of Development Life Cycle for and strategies for deployment of applications in a QC and Production environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong adherence to and understanding of change control process. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Team player and able to work effectively in a group environment. Motivated self-starter willing to take on ownership of systems and projects. Ability to meet predetermined deadlines with shifting priorities. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) or agile experience is preferred. Experience with containerization (Docker, Chef, etc) is a plus.
