Job Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with client\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
• Defines customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and functionality in a service development cycle.
• Monitor all license expiry and alert supervisor if license expiring.
• Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff.
• Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency.
• Oversees the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
• Collaborates with other team members (e.g when deployed patches have issues)
• Handle DR activities.
• Participate in client\xe2\x80\x99s AGM infra management setup & monitoring during event.
• Standby 24/7 for server related issues.
• Familiar with Wintel is a must.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly report (including Saturday & Sunday)

Windows Server \xc2\xb7 Able to install and configure Windows Servers, add/remove Server Role & features. \xc2\xb7 Know how to perform Windows Server maintenance, basic troubleshooting skills (IIS, MSSQL, etc). \xc2\xb7 Familiar with PowerShell to perform tasks. Microsoft Active Directory \xc2\xb7 Must understands the structure of client\xe2\x80\x99s organizational unit (OU) \xc2\xb7 Able to read and apply Group Policy Object (GPO) \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in using PowerShell to perform task in Active Directory Module. \xc2\xb7 Regularly check and troubleshoot AD Replication status between Domain Controllers. \xc2\xb7 Maintain & perform DNS clean up. Microsoft Exchange Server \xc2\xb7 Must understands the differences between client\xe2\x80\x99s mailboxes. \xc2\xb7 Regularly check and maintain mailboxes replication between Exchange Servers. \xc2\xb7 Able to manage mailbox resources (clean up resources mailbox), able to read, create and edit mail rules. \xc2\xb7 Know how to use Exchange Management Shell to perform task and troubleshooting. Shared Folder & Drives \xc2\xb7 Understands client\xe2\x80\x99s shared drives. \xc2\xb7 Able to create and edit Replication Group and Folders using DFS Management. \xc2\xb7 Regularly check replication status and report between PRD and DRY servers. \xc2\xb7 Able to use DFSN Module in PowerShell to troubleshoot replication issues. System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) \xc2\xb7 Able to read, understand SCOM alerts, install, create and authoring Management Packs. \xc2\xb7 Know how to create reports & notification, deploy, install and troubleshoot SCOM agents. System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) \xc2\xb7 Know how to create, deploy Software Update Groups. \xc2\xb7 Able to create and deploy Application & Packages. \xc2\xb7 Able to groups Device Collections, install & manage SCCM Sites Server. \xc2\xb7 Know how o create and manage Boundaries & Distribution Points \xc2\xb7 Know how to perform SCCM Queries & Reports. Sophos Endpoint Security (Anti-Virus) \xc2\xb7 Create, edit and manage Sophos Policies. \xc2\xb7 Know how to manage Sophos Update and Distribution \xc2\xb7 Able to read and compile report VMware VSphere \xc2\xb7 Able to create & deploy virtual machines \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Vsphere Client \xc2\xb7 Know how to pull servers health and performance report \xc2\xb7 Know how to troubleshoot Vmware alerts Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any IT related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with strong work commitment are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1-2 years\' experience in System Integration or IT services industry is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and work ethics.
• Willing to learn new technologies as required or provided.
• Own mode of transportation required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
