Role & Responsibilities

1. Incident and problem management:

2. Maintaining service availability \xe2\x80\x93 through L2 troubleshooting and investigation through playbook.

3. Identify, Diagnose and Troubleshoot complex issues with web applications, backend services and IaaS deployments across Azure, Google and other Cloud Service Providers.

4. Assist in the translation of technical issues and complex problems into non-technical summaries for management.

Technical skills

Mandatory Skills :-

\xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with Google and Azure cloud technologies to support built-in Cloud solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced understanding of Azure DevOps (CI/CD), virtualization and container technologies

\xc2\xb7 Programming skill set in PowerShell, Python, Bash and Node.js

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Cloud service models e.g. IaaS, SaaS, 4

\xc2\xb7 Skills in Cloud infrastructure deployment, firewall and load balancing, networking, switching, backup and disaster recovery, high availability, enterprise and cloud storage management and technologies, databases and infrastructure capacity planning

\xc2\xb7 Software packaging and automated deployment experience.

\xc2\xb7 Infrastructure as Code technologies \xe2\x80\x93 i.e terraform

\xc2\xb7 Source control & DevOps tooling.

\xc2\xb7 Infrastructure Fundamentals \xe2\x80\x93 i.e cloud networking, security, storage technologies (NAS & Object), IaaS compute, IP, DNS

\xc2\xb7 Database technologies, both relational and document \xe2\x80\x93 MSSQL Server, MySQL, Cloud DB products
