Job Description

Provide user support for M365 full suite include messaging and collaboration, such as Teams, Outlook, Endpoint Protection, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Sharepoint M365 Admin: manage M365 accounts, including password resets, MFA setup Administration of DNS and DHCP Perform backup/ recovery (Nakivo, Synology) Track IT assets, life span and inventory update for movement Grant access right, create group policy, back up and ID deletion Troubleshoot and resolve user desktop / laptops issue Maintain end-user computing security controls such as Antivirus, Mobile Device Management, endpoint DLP Ensure network availability for WAN and LAN, wired and wireless Perform routine virus prevention and antispam at desktop support level Maintain and support devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, routers, firewall, voice network, CCTV, door access and other IT peripherals Coordinate infra upgrades with the vendor

Requirements:

Min 4 years experience in end-user and Infrastructure Administration Requires experience in M365, Endpoint/Client OS, network, backup software, asset management and firewall Certifications in ITIL/Microsoft Azure/CCNA would be a plus Basic experience in PowerShell scripting skills Familiarity with backup
