Job Description

Your Contribution

• Management & Development of Enterprise Microsoft 365 (Cloud) & Teams architecture globally
• Installation, Configuration, Patching & Updating of locally installed software for M365 (incl. plug-ins, add-ins), further apps like Visio, Project and cloud apps like ToDo, Planner etc.

• Management & operation of M365/Cloud components:

• Azure AD and connected on-premise AD\xe2\x80\x99s
• Office 365 Groups and Security services & features (e.g. MFA) incl. user resets
• QA (Quality Assurance) Tenant and performing of appropriate tests
• Exchange Online (basic functions), Email Domain Management (incl. white and black listing), Exchange on-premise and SMTP relay
• SharePoint online, OneDrive for Business incl. Synchronization and Skype for Business, Teams
• Yammer - Enterprise Cloud Based social network and Voice (Teams Phone) and mobility services (Intune)
• Create batch files or PowerShell scripts to automate processes or to generate reports and knowledge on Power Platform preferred (power Apps, Bi and Automate)
  

• Service Management Processes:

• Incident Management (SPOC for Microsoft Support), Change Management, License Management, Service Request Management (Ordering) \xe2\x80\x93 incl. Service Catalogue (SNow) and Monitoring, Availability and Capacity Management
• User Administration (esp. Admin roles)
• Develop and manage PowerShell scripts and Backup & Restore, Reporting & Documentation
• Management of digital learning platform incl. Knowledge Base articles
• Project Tasks (e.g. migration from on-prem to cloud)

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or any Information Technology related field with at least 3 years of hands on experience
• MS Certificate is preferred
• Experience in collaboration with international teams.
• ITIL v3 certification or comparable ITIL work experience is preferred.
• Strong English oral and written as well as communication skills.
• Has a strong understanding of IT in general and IT service processes in particular.
• Strong service orientation.
• Willingness to travel for project planning and implementation.
• Able to work shift and standby
