Job Description

- Windows, Exchange, and VMWare - Experience in Azure / M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive) - Must have experience performing Enterprise level project management, implementation, and support. Also, must have strong working & technical knowledge. Technical Skills: \xef\x83\x98 Install, configure, server hardening, manage and troubleshoot below listed operating systems. o Windows 2016/2019 o Exchange 2016/2019 o VMWARE 6.x / 7.x (Esxi Host) \xef\x83\x98 Produce appropriate documentation for server / project deployment, configuration, and related processes. - In depth knowledge and experience for Windows, Exchange & VMware. - Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File & Print servers, MS Cluster, Server backup, Microsoft AD connect, Microsoft AD Federated services & Windows PowerShell. \xef\x83\x98 Provide a point of escalation and support to the L1 / L2 Engineers for incidents / problem tickets. \xef\x83\x98 Act as technical escalation point \xef\x83\x98 Participates in an On-Call duty rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage for all critical issues. \xef\x83\x98 Provides training and technical leadership to Level I / level 2 personnel. \xef\x83\x98 Security Management o Windows, VMware, Exchange Server hardening, security vulnerability assessment remediation. \xef\x83\x98 Perform routine system administration duties in a Windows, Exchange, VMware. \xef\x83\x98 VMWare vSphere and its features (vMotion, HA, DRS etc...) ESXi deployments o VM creation, templates, snapshots and VM backup o Administer and support VMware platform. o Maintain appropriate documentation on virtualization. \xef\x83\x98 Work closely with IT engineers for all project support and implementations \xef\x83\x98 Drives efficient and effective resolution of problem / incident tickets. \xef\x83\x98 Excellent customer service and experience in a professional service environment, with responsibility for supporting multiple applications. \xef\x83\x98 Must have Good verbal and written communications skills. \xef\x83\x98 Must have very strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. \xef\x83\x98 Participate in weekly / monthly maintenance activities, as required. - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, advanced / Higher/ Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. - At least 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
