Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

System Engineer

to join our IT team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure to modern IT systems and develop valuable skills in system design, implementation, maintenance, and consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Support system upgrades, patches, and updates based on organizational needs. Assist in configuring and maintaining IT systems, including servers, network devices, storage, and cloud solutions. Collaborate with teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives. Document system configurations and operational processes. Learn and implement best practices for IT security.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and IT infrastructure. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior internships or entry-level IT experience are an advantage but not mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft solutions, cybersecurity principles, cloud computing, and hardware troubleshooting is advantageous.
