Job Description

Responsibilities: * Participates in all phases of engineering projects, including design, testing, design review, system integration, support and documentations for the development projects.

• Identifies requirements and technical specifications for each avionics equipment and UAS component, sourcing materials, testing, characterizing, and optimizing their performance.
• Integrates new hardware and complex systems, ensuring the final integration meets technical requirements.
• Educating the organization and clients about the system and hardware integration procedure, its implementation and its use.
• Manages a diverse range of software and programming tasks to ensure functional system integrations.
• Develops integration strategies and methods, planning them in accordance with established deadlines.
• Creating and providing technical documentation to production team.
• Effectively communicates with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborates closely with other Engineering departments for the transfer of technical knowledge on new products and technologies.
• Undertakes any ad hoc assignments as per business needs.
• Performs additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Skills/Knowledge: * Hands on experience in the fabrication and integration of electronic equipment, including soldering, wiring, and preparing wiring diagrams and Job Orders, among other skills.

• Demonstrates a sound methodology for organizing work, making decisions, and setting priorities.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibits a high degree of self-initiative and the ability to think and act independently.
• Capable of working as a team player with a customer-focused approach.
