Join us in our quest to revolutionize personalized healthcare. As System Manager, you will play a key role in the maintenance, and support of our organization\'s Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure the smooth functioning of the D365 system and its alignment with business objectives. Your expertise in D365 configuration, customization, and troubleshooting will be instrumental in enhancing system efficiency, user experience, and overall organizational productivity. Responsibilities: System Maintenance and Support: Monitor and maintain the D365 system, ensuring its availability, performance, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with end-users and IT teams. Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any data integrity or system performance issues. Provide user training and support to ensure effective system utilization and user adoption. Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry best practices to recommend system enhancements and improvements. System Enhancement and Optimization: Collaborate with business users to identify areas for system optimization and automation. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for system improvement. Propose and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations to streamline operations and improve user experience. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities for system updates, patches, and new feature releases. Document system changes, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a D365 System Consultant or similar role, with a focus on system implementation and support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in D365 Finance modules is a must Experience with data migration strategies and tools in the context of D365 implementation. Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate them into system configurations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
