Job Description
A System Support job involves providing assistance and support to internal Business Development Team and external travel agencies. Responsibilities typically include handling queries from travel agencies, configuring and maintaining system, collaborating with IT department to optimize overall system performance. System Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Optimization:
- Continuously monitor systems for performance issues or irregularities.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system errors, performance bottlenecks, and other technical problems.
- Respond to system-related incidents promptly and effectively.
- Provide technical assistance and support to external travel agencies regarding system-related issues.
- Handle all the queries from external travel agencies
- Upload travel packages and details to system
- Work closely with IT Department to address complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Minimum 14 annual leave per year.
- We provide medical + dental benefits up to a combined total of RM1,200 per year.
- 5 working days a week
