System Support Engineer (On-Site IT Support)

1- Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Engineer to join our team! If you have a passion for IT support, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth technology operations, we want to hear from you. This role involves on-site support for desktop , server , M365 , hardware, applications, networking, and troubleshooting.

2- Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support for servers, M365, Ms exchange , Sharepoint , Azure , NAS, WIFI , desktops, applications, emails, printers, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and support M365, Intune, Windows OS, Microsoft applications, and other user software.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

Perform hardware/software moves, adds, and changes

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Escalate complex issues to the next level of support when necessary.

Assist in IT project rollouts, system upgrades, and installations.

Assist in POS setting.

3- Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

.

Minimum 2 year

of experience in IT support, administration, or system configuration.

Strong hands on working knowledge of Windows Server , M365, Windows OS , Microsoft Office, antivirus software , Intune , ITSM Tools and Backup

Familiarity with PC hardware, server , printers, and networking equipment.
