System Support Specialist

We are looking for a System Support Specialist who will provide advice and consultancy for a speci\xef\xac\x81c system or type of equipment. You will help with building competence, handling escalated problems, and driving the improved performance of that system/equipment in line with performance data.

What you will do

As a System Support Specialist, you will:

Support Order Ful\xef\xac\x81lment Capital Equipment (OFCE) project manager with system speci\xef\xac\x81c expertise during pre-project and installation of Capital Equipment with focus on NPI & MC readiness advice

Audit \xef\xac\x81lling line and drive performance improvement activities

Troubleshooting and root cause analysis with aid of prevailing problem-solving methodologies Train customer & MC\'s sta\xef\xac\x80 in key technologies, when relevant i.e. TS Service Sales Products Actively be part of Rebuilding/Upgrade Kit development

Build and maintain technical network on cluster and global level.

Provide support and share experience with TP colleagues and customer Support KA team in Business Opportunity analysis.

Support the development of AQP and Calibration procedures. Provide support to \xef\xac\x81eld test of CS and PS

Understand technical Issues and drive for containment solutions Technical Assistance Reporting during all activities including QuTI-P 24/7 remote support.

We believe you have

Some experienced (5) years of experience in the job.

Preferably a combination of experiences, projects, installations and/or service work, customer management, technical and commercial discussions/negotiations.

Good level of leadership skills.

Build on the ability to mentor and coach peers

Capability to deliver Expert Services Example of previous position: FSE A with certi\xef\xac\x81cation, Development engineer, other specialist function.
