JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : System Technical Support Div / Dept : K3 Systems Location : HQ Reporting To : Lee Chean Song/ Toh Heng Wee JOB SUMMARY To provide POS system monitoring 1 level support service to business partner/client. JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x97\x8f Respond and provide support to client via phone, email and other agreeable of communication medium \xe2\x97\x8f Perform troubleshooting of reported issues
\xe2\x97\x8f Escalation of reported issue to relevant business unit/department/service provider if required
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring on system server operations
\xe2\x97\x8f To assist with administrative work document & filing)
\xe2\x97\x8f To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior or management as required
\xe2\x97\x8f Willing to research, learn and apply new technology EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Diploma in Information Management or Computer science JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge with office management tools such as Microsoft Office
\xe2\x97\x8f Basic knowledge about database SQL script
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong organization skill with a problem-solving attitude
