JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title : System Technical SupportDiv / Dept : K3 SystemsLocation : HQReporting To : Lee Chean Song/ Toh Heng WeeJOB SUMMARYTo provide POS system monitoring 1 level support service to business partner/client.JOB DESCRIPTION Respond and provide support to client via phone, email and other agreeable of communication medium Perform troubleshooting of reported issues
Escalation of reported issue to relevant business unit/department/service provider if required
Monitoring on system server operations
To assist with administrative work document & filing)
To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior or management as required
Willing to research, learn and apply new technologyEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEDiploma in Information Management or Computer scienceJOB DESCRIPTION Knowledge with office management tools such as Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge about database SQL script
Strong organization skill with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask and priorities daily assignment given by the superiorThis job description is not exhaustive and may change from time to time in line with business needs.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per monthBenefits:
