Position: NOC Technician
Salary: RM5,000 - RM5,500
Location: Selangor
- Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Computer Studies or related disciplines
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Oracle RDBMS, MS SQL SERVER, Linux & Windows Platform
- Interested in the Telecom field
- Willing to learn and have a good sense of responsibilities
- Able to work independently-Work on shift (09:00 - 23:00) is required
- Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Officer. On-job training will be provided.
- System technical support
- Networking monitoring & trouble-shooting
- Handle customer inquiry & complaint
- Assist in system documentation and preparation of reports
