Position : Jr Executive, Network Management Centre & Helpdesk
Location : Stesen KTM Kuala Lumpur
Salary : RM2100 + OT
Working Hours : Monday - Sunday / 24hours rotational :

- Monitor network health and identify alarms for all systems to ensure all networks are working and running satisfactorily.
- Escalate and coordinate faults clearance process by providing accurate information, immediate notification and
- Monitor and coordinate network planned maintenance activities by internal parties and providers to ensure all
- Maintain, update and understand customer\'s circuit arrangement and configuration to ensure fast response to
- Provide regular fault status update to customers thru Helpdesk via email, call and web.
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities of cable and equipment in order to provide network availability and reliability.
- Develop good relationship with customers in providing 1st level support in handling customer\'s complaint and
- Develop skills / competency of staff as to improve overall delivery through effective training and upgrading program.
- Analyze all faults data and prepare all the necessary reports for internal and external customers.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns from the faults data.Job Requirement :
- Possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Telecommunication / Information Technology / IS / Computer System or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience is required for this position.
- Experience in Network Management System
- Experience in Network Operation Centre (NOC) operational environment
- Experience in fault troubleshooting.
- Able to work in shift rotational
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month Schedule:
