The system comprises compute infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations) , compute facilities and environments, operating systems (windows server and SQL) and bespoke software applications (developed in house). In the simplest form - achieving all SLAs day in day out is the key success criteria. But to achieve this, many more elements need to be carefully managed. As the business continues to evolve, this role will be instrumental in contributing to bespoke solutions for new products and new clients - hence development of self and the team will be an ongoing.Key Responsibilities - Leadership:
