Role: Systems Analyst (SA) Location: On Site Experience: 4 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years Overview: A Systems Analyst, also known as business technology analyst, is an Information Technology (IT) professional who specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. SA assess the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes Responsibilities 1. Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical requirement 2. Translate high technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements and vice versa 3. Perform analysis and design of technical components which will be served as guidelines for software developers 4. Mapped business requirements into technical design in the form of tables, flowcharts and mockups 5. Provide documentation for System Design Document (SDD) and database design (ERD) and all related technical documentation 6. Adhere to SDLC standards defined by the project team 7 . Able to understand business requirement and translate into pseudo code to bridge between Developer and Business Analyst requirement 8. Understand different type of UML (Unified Modelling Language) diagram like Structure (Class diagram) and Behavioural (ex. Use case) diagrams and document it based on the type specified 9. Familiar with IDD (Integration Design Document) documentation for the integration between different system Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree In computer science / Information Technology, or equivalent 2. 4-6 years of experience with IT and system analysis 3. Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions by mapping business requirements to pseudo code or user stories 4. Well versed with SDLC principle and practices 5. Familiar with web application architecture and design. Added bonus if well versed with Microservices architecture 6. Familiar with database design and principles. Added bonus if well versed with ORM design 7. Well versed with MS Word, MS Excel, Visio 8. Added bonus if have some experience with UI/UX design using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator & Adobe Premier 9.
