Candidates should have a strong background in the security domain - network, applications, content, advanced threats and cloud security. Will provide guidance and assist major accounts sales team within Fortinet sales organization in building solutions to address specific customer security needs. Responsibilities: Work closely with the sales team, and provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers. Responsible to understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients. Responsible for carrying out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.). Participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs. Perform Proof of Concept Demo to customers. Work closely and provide direct technical support to our customers. Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors. Requirements: At least 8 years' experience in networking and application security, preferably in an IT vendor environment with roles and responsibility in areas of service delivery, service design, consulting and elements of business or product development. Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, FCNSP, JNCIP & JNCIS (Security), NSE4-NSE6 is preferred. Experience with security products such as Firewall, IPSec, IDS/IPS, and Content and application security. Administrator knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux. Strong understanding of networking technologies such as Routing, Switching, VOIP, etc. Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Malay. Fortinet is an equal opportunity employer.
