Responsibilities:
Join daily operation client services support & troubleshooting activities (Enterprise Applications)
Provide support to users to ensure issues are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreement
Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries
Providing application configuration and maintenance of business systems
Perform systems troubleshooting and provide solutions to the problem
System task & application monitoring
Documentation and recording of activities during support
Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users are kept informed
Conducting root-cause analysis & bug fix isolation & resolution activities
Support local & regional
Manage and coordinate technical support team operation
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required knowledge on basic programming, development, design synthesis and system validation. (Network, Hardware, Software Troubleshooting)
Required skill(s): Interpersonal & Communication, Customer Oriented, Presentation, Problem Solving skills
Initiative, independent, & self-motivated
Great organizational and time-management skills.
Minimum 2 years work experience in the related support scope

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
