Systems Software Engineer, Embedded Systems Team

We are seeking a motivated individual for Embedded Systems Software Engineer position to contribute towards device drivers and Golden system reference design software development. You will be responsible for developing the golden hardware reference design software, bootloader and OS porting to System on FPGA, developing the drivers, upstream to the community, develop tests for unit and system level testing, etc. The individual should have the ability to realize customers\xe2\x80\x99 system level requirements with Lattice FPGA and soft IPs. This person should be self-driven and team player.

Key Skills

• Write design specifications based on the system and software feature requirement
• Design software for various features
• Experience in define and building complex systems from scratch for Networking, 5G Infrastructure, Computing or Industrial market segments
• Strong knowledge of C is a must
• Experience with device driver development
• Development experience with bootloader and RTOS
• Complete knowledge of software development process is required
• Experience with test development for Unit and System level testing is a plus
• Hands-on experience with logical/electrical aspects of IP and Systems Engineering
• Hardware and Software expertise
• Work with various teams for various aspects of the project
• Work with Customers helping them with development challenges

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics or Computer Engineering minimum of 5 years of system design experience
• Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under dynamic environment and uncertainties
• Innovative, problem solver who likes to come up with newer and better solutions for existing problems
