Job Description

We're seeking a talent acquisition manager to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, three to five years of experience, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Own the recruitment process end-to-end, focusing on critical senior-level roles across technical, manufacturing, drug substance, operations, and engineering domains.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on hiring needs and challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment of talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, from sourcing to on boarding.
• Leverage data to refine and enhance the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics.
• Recommend and implement best practices to optimize hiring outcomes.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach in managing open roles, including closing key positions directly.
• Work collaboratively with the broader regional TA team for support.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred. 6-8 years full cycle recruitment experience also preferred
• Knowledge of hiring criteria related to manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience utilising applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite; Word / Excel / Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
• Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
• Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
