JOB SUMMARY

Manage CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (Enterprise) recruiting operations and programs. Develops recruiting strategies and tactical plans based on GWS Enterprise hiring needs. You will facilitate recruiting activities and oversee operational processes (including vendor management, reporting and billing).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research most efficient and cost-effective measures including all advertising media, job fairs, college recruitment, agencies and internet recruiting to meet recruiting needs.
  • Ensures company\'s recruiting policies and procedures are in compliance.
  • Develops solid relationships with HR and line of business stakeholders/hiring managers to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process via the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Leads key initiatives and manages larger scale/impact programs, including diversity initiatives, transitions and special interest areas for CBRE Malaysia.
  • Counsel and support hiring managers and employees on recruiting processes, applicant tracking system and regulatory compliance.
  • Acts as a primary point of contact to create/maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors such as recruitment advertising agencies, background check vendor, and relocation provider.
  • Manage and track recruiting metrics and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in HR or related field of study.
  • Minimum 8 years\' experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 1-2 years\' experience in leading or managing a team.
  • Candidates with experience in the real estate services or hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory.
  • Pro-active, self-driven and resilient team player who is agile, comfortable to embrace change and work in a highly matrix organization.
  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills and excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to forge strong partnership with the business.
