Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality talent for current and future hiring needs.
Manage job postings across platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Excel and prepare talent mapping and market insights using PowerPoint for hiring discussions and strategy planning.

Operations & Administration
Support end-to-end recruitment activities: candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
Assist country TA teams with administrative processes to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and Abbott's internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Business Partnership & Inclusive Hiring
Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.
Support diversity sourcing initiatives to attract talent from underrepresented backgrounds.
Provide guidance on inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Abbott's Diversity & Inclusion goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
At least
3 years
in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
Familiarity with the APAC talent landscape and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
