- Candidates with sales, marketing and finance knowledge would be an advantage.
- Love meeting with new people and learning new things.
- A quick thinker & able to put oneself in client\'s shoes.
- Call potential clients to expand their customer base
- Explain the features of various takaful policies
- Analyze clients\' current insurance/takaful policies and suggest additions or changes
- Customize takaful programs to suit individual clients
- Handle policy renewals
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Help policyholders settle claims
