The Talent Acquisition Administrator will play an important role in delivering a memorable candidate experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the EMEA and APAC TA team, which will include managing pre-employment checks and interview scheduling whilst administering the tools required to do so.
Core Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Conducts pe-employment checks in a timely manner following the pre-aligned in-country process where applicable
\xc2\xb7 Coordinates interviews, manage schedules and calendar requests while proactively anticipating and resolving issues through effective communication, customer service & expectations management
\xc2\xb7 Engages and builds trust with candidates, effectively representing the Ingredion Employment Brand
\xc2\xb7 Enthusiastically and proactively informs internal employees & external candidates of updates in the interview scheduling and/or pre-employment process
\xc2\xb7 Supports Talent Acquisition process improvements and initiatives
\xc2\xb7 Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualified candidates will have:
\xc2\xb7 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, call centre, or similar role
\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal/written English communication skills
\xc2\xb7 High energy & enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation
\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
Desirable:
\xc2\xb7 Experience preferred with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, Workday, SuccessFactors or similar)
\xc2\xb7 Strong Outlook calendar management and ServiceNow
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
