• Conduct comprehensive research on job advertisements from international job sites, proactively engaging with overseas companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand staffing plan and requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including researching job ads on overseas job sites and approaching international companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and report on recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
• Work closely with internal teams to stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations.
• Analyze and execute the Employer of Record (EOR) process for international hires.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and related HR functions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and industry regulations.
• Create and manage documentation related to recruitment and EOR processes.
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of headhunter and recruiting experience.
• Leverage LinkedIn recruitment and other online tools for effective sourcing and outreach.
• Familiarity with international employment laws and regulations in the region.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) processes is a plus.
