Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a positive work environment
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Handle employee benefits, payroll administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges and support company objectives
Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the recruitment industry
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Proficient in HR software and tools, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about people development
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
