- Collaborate with hiring managers in the recruitment of interns. - Participate in the onboarding process for interns, including preparing offer letters, arranging laptops, access cards, emails, and other related tasks. - Support university engagement and career fairs. - Assist in HRDF submission. - Post jobs into the SR and assist in sourcing CVs through the SR. - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to screen candidates for interns and junior roles. - Contribute to the preparation of weekly or monthly reports. - Assisting with official letters preparation (employment verification letter) - Compile NewStreak monthly - Preparing posters/email blasts / EDM - Work on all social media opportunities for EB - Ideas for engagement activities - to keep track and help google search success stories Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor\'s in Marketing, Media, Business, Human Resources or equivalent education/years of experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and client. Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to influence, inform and guide others are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
