Assist Payroll as a reminder to complete EPF no
Submit KWSP ( Ahli & Majikan) application online.
Assist in related inquiries with regards to EPF
Assist in SOCSO related enquiries and claims submission.
Assist in tax related submission for new joiners.
Assist Ops in tax clearance process.
Preparing PCB_EA
Assist in Statutory Refund (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & HRDC)
JTK
Submit PA Form (Foreign Worker) to JTK every month.
Assist with regards to JTK/ JPP case.
Employment verification
Assist with regards to employee verification (Mostly for inactive in the system)
Other letters request
Prepare draft of sample letters- Addendum, demand letter, mutual separation, acceptance of resignation, confirmation of employment, buy out, retraction of offer, early completion, etc.
Employment Act Inquiries
Assist related to Employment Act inquiries
Pre-Employment Medical Check-Up
Managing Qualitas quotation and invoices
Other ad-hoc task as and when assigned
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in HR operations will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS-Office/IT Savvy
Good interpersonal skills
English Language fluency - spoken and written.
Knowledge in HR process and matters
Knowledge in Employment Act
Good consultative skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated and resourceful, creative individual
