About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our in-house recruitment team in the dynamic

iGaming industry

. The ideal candidate is a passionate people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to hiring qualified candidates. Source talents through diverse channels such as job boards, networking, social media, and referrals. Build and maintain a strong

talent pipeline

for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Manage and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to support hiring needs. Ensure an excellent

candidate experience

throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

Must Have:

Diploma or higher qualification in any field. Proficient in

English, Mandarin, and Malay

(spoken & written). Minimum

2 years of experience

in recruitment or HR-related roles, with at least

1.5 years in the same company

. Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and communication skills. Resilient, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with

Google Workspace

and

Microsoft Office

tools.

Nice to Have:

Experience using

ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

. Awareness or hands-on experience with

GenAI tools

.
