What to Expect:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruiting team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting the Talent Acquisition Team with key hiring tasks such as initiating background screenings, generating offer letters, processing one-time payments, etc.
Leading the recruitment of interns for HR and other business functions within Swift APAC.
Contributing to employer branding and university engagement initiatives alongside recruiters.
Preparing and maintaining weekly reports, including pre-employment background check updates.
Assisting with the communication and promotion of the employee referral program.
What Will Make You Successful:Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Communications, or any related field (students from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply).
Strong proficiency in verbal and written English.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
