Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruitment Process.
Previous experience in logistics recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling high-volume positions
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

Tanggungjawab

Managing the recruitment process for a large number of logistics positions, including drivers, shorter, and other logistics support staff.
Work closely with the business user to determine hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Ensure that all hiring procedures are in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Leading and guiding team.

Working Days: 5 Days / Week

Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
