e2f, inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition to join our team and help us attract top talent through innovative strategies. In this role, you will screen applicants, coordinate candidate tests, manage interviews with hiring managers, and maintain job requisitions and candidate flow.About Us

  • Screen incoming resumes/CVs to evaluate if they meet position requirements.
  • Develop extensive candidate pipelines to fill current and potential needs.
  • Manage mass hiring (crowd recruitment) processes, including effective communication with a large volume of candidates and handling complex recruitment tasks.
  • Coordinate candidate tests and interviews with the hiring team, guiding candidates through the process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Manage the administration of the hiring process in our Applicant Tracking System, including creating requisitions, posting positions, and updating candidate profiles.
  • Utilize a variety of tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to source, screen, and track qualified candidates.
  • Post ads on social media as needed.
  • Bring passion and drive for connecting with people and matching them to the right opportunities.
  • Build candidate engagement by keeping them informed throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure candidates meet the right people.
  • Adapt to ambiguous situations and embrace change.
  • Move quickly and efficiently among competing roles and priorities.
  • Proactively take on additional responsibilities and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative Human Resources/Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent at building relationships quickly in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Expertise in managing mass hiring (crowd recruitment) processes effectively.
  • Skilled in reaching out and maintaining contact with a large volume of candidates.
  • Ability to manage and effectively communicate with a high volume of candidates simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality, Recruitment, or a related field.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for human language technology, marketing initiatives, product research, and AI.
This position is remote and open to applicants from Southeast Asia; candidates should be located in the region to meet our time-zone requirements.#Li-remote
