• Developing recruiting and sourcing strategies for shared service & commercial roles. This will include direct sourcing, job posting optimisation, agency and 3rd party vendor management, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement and other talent management initiatives.
• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs to support the development of shared services.
• Developing and managing processes for volume talent sourcing, assessment, interviewing and offers.
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador, supporting employment marketing initiatives, referral programmes and university relations for the local region.
• Effectively partner and manage external agencies and vendors, driving performance and capabilities to ensure successful relationships and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to best practice recruiting policies and processes, that will contribute to a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Ensuring we do what\'s right in terms of local market legislation throughout the talent acquisition process
• Capturing, inputting relevant data and managing the talent acquisition reporting for your projects to showcase our quality, cost and time to hire KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years experience as an internal recruiter
• Strong stakeholder management skill
• Strong technical interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced working in SSC environment
