Job Description


Recruits, interviews and assists in selecting employees to fill vacant positions. Sourcing/Networking - Search qualified candidates through resume boards, search engines, social networks user groups, and industry specific sites. Maintain, monitor and edit job postings. Make initial contact with candidates to pique their interest in the company and the position. Conducting job interviews on differed disciplines and levels. Manage the talent sourcing process and accountable to deliver high quality recruits according to the agreed specifications as per the business. Work closely with HR Team and Head of Departments to ensure each party is responsible for professional recruitment actions, candidate experience and managing internal & external expectations. Accountable to adhere to HR & Recruitment processes and standards. Establish strong internal and external network to source effectively. Applicant Tracking - Coordinating, documenting a full pipeline of candidates through the application process. Screen resumes, conduct skills assessments, behaviour surveys, coordinate interviews, make verbal offers and conduct reference checks. Able to channel optimum recruitment resources and to adhere towards the market best practices in staffing. Administering admin duties involved in the whole recruitment cycle, which includes but not limited to recruitment reports update, preparation of preliminary salary proposal, ensuring relevant employment documents are in a complete order, preparation of offer letter, monitoring status update. Administers Corporate Human Resources policies. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Nurture a positive working environment To assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when required Qualifications Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines Minimum 2 years ofHuman Resources experience in sizable organization and fast-pace environment. Recruitment Specialist/HR Generalist exposure in Advertising Agency is highly preferred. Proactive, independent, multi-tasking, highly adaptable, resourceful, responsible, detailed-oriented, with excellent problem solving, active listening, presentation, analytical and negotiation skills. Good team player with commitment to qualitywork and tight schedule. Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English.
