Your role We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to help our company meet complex and emerging staffing needs in line with our strategic growth plan. Source for potential candidates for the project team. Carry out initial CV or phone screening for candidate applications Post job ads through online job portals, recruitment sites, social platforms etc. Organise candidates\' data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in an internal database. Arrange and coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed. Oversee and conduct candidate interviews Recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions Your profile A degree in human resources management, organisational psychology or a related field. Prior experience in talent acquisition is a MUST and in digital agency will be an advantage. Excellent computer literacy skills. Familiar with recruitment tools (JazzHR, LinkedIn, JobsDB, Jobstreet,etc) Ability to create and maintain recruitment tracker using Google Sheet / Microsoft Excel independently Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks without needing micromanaging.
