About The Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in KL. The responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles based on our clients requirements. What You Will Do Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms Lead the process by providing support to hiring managers by screening, selecting, and interviewing candidates to assure they fit what our clients are looking for Participate in job fairs and events and lead employer branding initiatives Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and client hiring needs Post job ads on the company\'s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards What You Should Have Work experience as a Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Google meet) Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements to candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills Strong attention to detail and care deeply about quality experience Ability to work with diverse people and cultures People friendly personality, this is important as we strive to build a team with people that are able to work together and function harmoniously ????
