Duties You will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts. In this position, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and assess candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, staying current with industry trends, and contributing to the overall success of our hiring initiatives. Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years working experience in any industrial concern or in a hotel. Strong communications skills - verbal, written and analytical skills; Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel applications; Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
