Demonstrate best practises in recruitment and lead recruitment initiatives Develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners. Screen talent pools for experience, knowledge and attributes, interest, job fit, total reward requirements, and work authorization.
Determine target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations, or educational institutions to source qualified candidates proactively.
Prepare and implement strategies using a variety of methods such as an online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, and so on.
Report on key sourcing and recruiting metrics for continuous improvement by analysing and summarising data and trends.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR or related field
At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience especially hiring for blue-collar & white-collar roles in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
Collaborative team player
Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment
