-Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition related role.

-Having experience recruiting for retail-based staff from entry to management levels.

-Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews.

-Enlist job postings on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as newspapers, social media, advertisements, etc.

-Analyzes and reports on employment statistics, including cost per hire, source of hire, and diversity recruiting initiatives.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
