Role Description We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in Shah Alam. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, reviewing and assessing candidates\' resumes, screening, and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruiting process for various positions within our company. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the property investment industry Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies Experience working with applicant tracking systems or other HR software Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels of the organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
