Operational Workforce Planning & Acquisition; Strategic operational workforce planning (CE, Ops, Sales), High-volume recruitment and hiring / RPO

Reporting To: Manager Talent Acquisition (NPACSEA)

Your Opportunity:
We are building a Talent Acquisition Community of Practice to support Talent Acquisition activities in the North Pacific and South East Asia (NPACSEA) Region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and introduce Talent Acquisition best practices. Further, your responsibilities include:

• Implementation of Recruitment best practices, policies and procedures to ensure excellent hiring manager and candidate experiences in line with FedEx\'s DE&I Principles
• Ensuring right placement of the right candidate in the right position.
• Accurate and timely data/reporting
• Develop practical Talent Acquisition strategy and implementation for high volume Talent Acquisition and specialized positions.
• Manage utilization external/internal advertisements to target a suitable pool of candidates through appropriate channels, taking advantage of new technology where appropriate
• Developing informal/formal networks to maximize opportunities
• Support the talent acquisition of BAU Operations, Customer Experience and Sales positions within agreed SLAs.
• Work hand in hand with North Pacific and South East Asia People Operations teams to support business units through strategic implementation of recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent in any discipline
• 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (internal or agency)
• Experience in high volume recruitment activities and supporting multiple markets would be an added advantage.
• Experience in the direct sourcing Talent Acquisition (LinkedIn, internal referral, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent facilitation skills with solid attention to details
• Logical way of thinking with purpose-oriented approach
