:
- Under broad direction, supervises COE support staff with responsibility for directing, monitoring, and assigning work to team members.
- Provides leadership and expertise in the strategy and design of programs and processes related to the following disciplines: Talent Acquisition, or HR Information Systems.
- Develops and coordinates implementation of programs and monitors delivery of processes (internal and external) to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of services (i.e., communication, enrollments, claims processing, customer service, etc.).
- Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring performance expectations, motivating, coaching, and developing employees.
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Master\'s degree and Professional HR Certification is an added bonus.
