Responsibilities

-Learn how to use the administrative features of our internal online learning platform by exploring and navigating it.
-Become proficient with the use of e-learning creation technologies to make training materials.
-Help researching and reviewing learning materials on different topics.
-Assist in the creation and execution of initiatives and programs for talent management.
-Help create internal communication materials to promote learning initiatives.

Required Skills/ Qualifications

-Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
-Good written and verbal English
-You have a strong desire to learn new things and a mindset that encourages growth.
-Excellent collaboration skills.
-Some knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
-An advantage will be given to those with prior cross-cultural work experience.
