As we prepare and aim to integrate with Shell\xe2\x80\x99s long term business strategy and vision, this role has been created to deliver Data Driven Insights aligning with the Reporting Strategy off moving from Point B to Point C, through the delivery and maintenance of Integrated Dashboards and Reports. The role will report into the Team Lead in Talent Insights Operations with no budget or line responsibility. The incumbent must have a sharp eye and understanding of HR, Business and data and processes. The incumbent must have good collaboration and interpersonal skills to adapt to a virtual, multi-cultural, multi-locational team based in various Shell Business Operations (SBO) locations.

The People Insights Operations offers a great opportunity to be part of the Data Driven organization by creating value through Integrated and Automated HR Reporting. The People Insights Advisor role offers a fantastic opportunity to work and support HR functions, while driving towards an integrated view on data driven insights that support our People & Reporting Strategy. You will have opportunities to work with HR and Business stakeholders across the Organization. Incumbents strong in Management Information (MI), Data Visualization tool such as Power Bi, Alteryx, and managing complex data including data crunching big data files from multiple data sources in HR systems are encouraged to apply.

• Role requirement

As Talent Insights Advisor, you\xe2\x80\x99re expected to have significant knowledge of HR processes, tools and systems including senior stakeholder management experience. In detail, your role will include:

• Producing bespoke and accurate HR data from multiple data sources and dashboards which involves complex analysis of data and storytelling through visualization.
• Generating data in an accurate, timely, clear, and concise manner thereby enabling business to draw conclusions that lead to effective planning and decision making.
• Supporting the Businesses/Functions and Centers of Excellence and empowering them to make evidence-based decisions, including advising self-serve through Workday/ dashboards/reports.
• Actively seeking CI opportunities to standardize reporting landscape across existing reports and dashboards.
• Collaborating effectively with team members in People Insights Operations, Management Information CoE, Product Owners, Functional DevOps, and stakeholders at different levels in the organization to deliver standardized, impactful, and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Sharing best practices to enable and encourage work out loud culture and contributing to capability building journey for People Insights Operations.
• Supporting and delivering projects across Talent & Resourcing Operations and in HR Digitalization journey (when required)

What We Need from You This role offers an excellent opportunity to use modern tools and technology and make People Insights available for decision making that can drive Shell\xe2\x80\x99s new strategy and add value to business. You will be an important member of the People Insights Operations team and must have the ability to view various HR data through the eyes of the business/ function ensuring HR/People insights and reports are fit for purpose, simple, and add value to our stakeholders. Furthermore, you must have:

• Significant core HR process and systems expertise. The team primarily delivers HR data and dashboards using PowerBi, Foresight, Alteryx and other HR systems and technologies.
• Excellent track record of working successfully with virtual teams and stakeholders
• Passionate about finding standardization and automation opportunities by using tools and technologies that can be leveraged for better data driven insights.
• Have a learner mindset and respectful of various cultures and styles of working
• Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder engagement
• Able to work with numerous and concurrent deadlines to deliver solutions with high level of accuracy with minimum supervision.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines when required
