Job Description


The role is centered on designing and implementing Talent Management strategies and initiatives to ensure sustainable talent development, acquisition, learning, and a robust talent bench for the organization.Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning:

  • Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization is prepared for future challenges and opportunities.
  • Identify and implement Buy, Build, Borrow strategies to address talent needs.
  • Provide Talent Management consulting support to business partners to develop a comprehensive approach to building necessary skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviors.
  • Establish a forward-looking, data-driven approach to developing a talent succession pipeline for all levels, incorporating an external perspective.
Talent, Performance Management, and Development:
  • Foster a performance culture by enabling managers and employees to set clear expectations and goals, provide and receive feedback, and discuss professional development needs and career aspirations.
  • Lead the Talent Review process, focusing on enhancing the talent landscape and implementing necessary capability interventions.
  • Develop and implement leadership programs to ensure current and emerging leaders possess the skills to drive organizational culture, effectively lead and engage their teams, and develop their capabilities.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
  • 12 to 15 years working experinece within Human Resoruces and with a strong track record of developing and initiating Talent Development/Management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Expertise in aligning workforce strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
  • Data-Driven, Business-Focused, and Experience-Led: Ability to leverage data analytics for informed decision-making, prioritize business outcomes, and enhance employee experiences.
  • Organizational Effectiveness and Learning & Development: Skilled in optimizing organizational structures and processes, and developing comprehensive learning and development programs to build essential skills and leadership capabilities.
