• Overall responsible on managing and monitoring of the Pump house / Tank Farm operations activities for both BLC & BLE plant.
• To ensure product quality & safe operation of the pump house / tank farm.
• To initiate improvement plans on performance of pump house / tank farm area in term of product quality and plant efficiencies.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

• To manage the execution of the daily activities including tank cleaning, tankers cleaning daily ullaging, sampling products from storage tanks.
• To manage the incoming of raw oils via tankers, flexibags, ISO tanks, drums, etc, and also pipeline receiving from FJB.
• To manage the outgoing despatch on the final products via tankers, flexibags, ISO tanks etc to customers
• To manage the internal tank transfer on the components oils, for internal and external storage and further processing.
• To coordinate with Production Planning Department on loading unloading and despatch schedule to make sure all products meet the shipment schedule.
• To lead the trouble shooting of pumphouse activities.
• To optimize pumphouse and tank farm operation
• To lmplement and maintain QFS system for pumphouse and tank farm including ISO 9001, FSC22000, GMP, HACCP, Halal and other QFS compliances.
• To initiate upgrading and maintenance for continious improvement in pumphouse and tank farm area.
• To ensure and own the safety of work place.
• Overall manage and control of utilization of Manpower in the department. Reponsible for the development of the team.
• To prepare all the monthly performance report on pump house/tank farm utilization.
• Prepare for call back during breakdown / trouble shooting and when required.
• To optimise the process conditions to improve output performances & quality.
• To optimise plant operation in order to meet plant target and KPI.
• Carry out special tasks assigned by Superior time to time.

DESIRED QUALITIES/SKILLSSkills & Requirements :- * Degree in Engineering, preferable Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.

• Minimum 5-7 years working experience in manufacturing industry in preferable from palm oil /food industry with strong knowledge in managing the pump house / tank farm.
• Strong knowledge in GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Standards.
• Good interpersonal skills and an adaptable approach to management.
• Good communication skill, team player, with good management skills and objective-driven.
