Someone with an eye for detail, the skills to perform and a passion to delight.We are looking for Task Force - Service Leader / Service Manager - Finance Risk Control to join our team!As our Service Leader / Service Manager - Finance Risk Control , we rely on you to:

• Responsible for controlling, costing, monitoring of all food, beverage and general stocks to provide accurate and timely cost figures for operations to maximize profitability.

• Costing
• Monitoring and recording of food and beverage items requisitions on the individual department.
• Costing of F&B recipes, menus, and function orders.
• Conduct regular spot checks on against inventory
• Computes potential F&B cost for all the outlets
• Participates in the month end inventory taking
• Portion control checks are carried out with F&B Chef
• Butcher test are carried out by the butcher
• Buffet Tests to monitor the food cost of buffets

• Revenue
• Void check report are reviewed for proper approval and explanations
• Managing rebate and payout approval
• Conduct regular spot checks on cashier's floats to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Surprise count must be done monthly to ensure there are no transferring of fund among cashier

• Others
• Compiling the FKCC reports
• OE Count
