Role Description This is a full-time Tax Accountant role, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with flexibility for remote work. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing accounts, income tax, and GST returns for clients while ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and regulations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and the capacity to manage complexity with speed and precision. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in accounting or taxation, with experience in a taxation role preferred Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and GST regulations in Malaysia (plus point: and Labuan) Experience working with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB Documentation, filing, and liasing with relevant agencies and company secretary Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills A Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or a related field Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA) or currently pursuing certification is a plus
