The Role

Where you fit Support Senior Specialist -Project with project management and overall delivery of project assigned. Gathers data, analyses and reports findings. Gathers data using existing formats and will suggest changes to these formats. Resolves disputes and acts as an SME, first escalation level. Conducts analyses to solve repetitive or patterned information and data queries/problems. Works within a variety of well-defined procedures and practices. Supervised on progress and results; informs management about analysis outcomes. Works autonomously within this scope, with regular steer required e.g. on project scope and prioritization. Supports stakeholders in understanding analyses / outcomes and using them on topic related to own areas of expertise. Interaction with others demands influencing and persuasion in a tactful manner to explain and advise on performed analyses of information. What\xe2\x80\x99s the role? Perform simple tax calculations and assist with performing moderately complex tax calculations. Prepare/assist service provider with preparing complex tax returns and reports involved with state, local, property, sales and/or other tax liabilities. Prepare information used in tax audits and assist with meeting all required deadlines. Prepare data required for tax compliance and provide to firms for required processes in timely manner. Handle all inbound and outbound calls from internal personnel and customers with professional tax advice. Responsible for manual decision-making process of release of orders with tax logic Exhibits efffective communication, collaboration and influencing skills Can handle complex/difficult activities and processes. Effective organizational and time management skills. Role requirement

• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
• Excellent written and spoken business level in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with financial information.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a solid work ethic.
• Graduate of Bachelor\'s degree from four-year college or university focusing on Accountancy courses,3-5 years combined work experience in Tax, Audit, Finance or Accounting.
• This is a 2 years contract position
